At 85 years old, having to wait on customer service for a substantial length of time could be unbearable. I went to Teach Me Again Generation 2 for assistance. The staff was able to relate to me as an elderly person. The worker sat with me and assured me that everything will be all right. We waited for hours before a person came on the phone. The worker helped me with the phone conversation. Because of this organization, I was able to have my phone interview. I was able to keep my food stamps. I am happy to know that there are options to where to get help.
